Over a period of 3 years, myself and the team worked hand-in-hand with O2 Priority to continually evolve their world-renowned customer loyalty proposition.
Our role was to drive product strategy, audience understanding and create new opportunities for O2 partnerships. We built a design system from the ground up and developed incremental improvements to the Priority experience, improving loyalty and making Priority a reason to join O2, and not want to leave.
