Doubling online sales for Fred.Olsen Cruise Lines

From a vision to a digital roadmap for change. We enabled Fred. Olsen to make more from their digital estate and the results were impressive. The work was awarded a Gold in the 2024 DBA Design Effectiveness Awards.

We carried out a strategic review of the business, created a digital vision to reimagine Fred. Olsen’s guest experience and defined a roadmap for a five-phase overhaul of the digital estate. Online bookings went up by 120%, digital revenue went up by 157% and 69% of 2023 online bookings were from new customers.
